PUBLICATIONS

Le corps des connaissances qui est contenu dans les rapports généraux et nationaux des congrès est publié selon trois modalités. En premier lieu, les organisateurs locaux d’un congrès éditent un volume avec tous les rapports généraux. En deuxième lieu, la plupart de rapporteurs généraux accomplissent le travail laborieux de publier les volumes thématiques qui comprennent leur propre rapport général et les rapports nationaux pour leur sujet; ils donnent ainsi aux juristes du monde entier une vue globale comparative de leur sujet. Enfin, les comités nationaux dans de nombreux pays rassemblent les rapports nationaux de leur système juridique et les présentent au monde juridique soit dans un volume d’articles rassemblés soit dans un volume spécial d’une revue juridique.

Le recueil a pour ambition de permettre la publication de recherches émanant des congrès de l’AIDC/IACL, en particulier: 1. dans le cadre des congrès généraux de droit comparé, qui ont lieu tous les quatre ans (Brisbane 2002, Utrecht 2006, Washington D.C. 2010, Vienne 2014 etc.) et qui génèrent: (a) un volume de rapports généraux, édité par les organisateurs locaux du congrès; (b) Jusqu’à trente volumes de rapports thématiques choisis traitant des sujets des sections du congrès et contenant le rapport général aussi bien que les rapports nationaux de cette section; ces volumes sont édités par les rapporteurs généraux des sections en question; 2. dans le cadre des congrès thématiques de plus courte durée et qui ont lieu entre les congrès généraux (Mexico 2008; Taipei 2012; Montevideo 2016 etc.); ces congrès sont organisés autour d’une thématique spécifique telle que la question de la codification ou de la mise en œuvre du droit. Les volumes contenant les contributions de ces congrès thématiques sont édités par les organisateurs locaux du congrès. Toutes les publications contiennent des contributions dans les langues officielles de l’Académie, c’est à dire en anglais et/ou en français.
