COMMITMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE — DIVERSITY AND REPRESENTATION

The Executive Committee is committed to improving the representation and diversity of members (in terms of geography, gender, age and legal fields). The new EC elected in 2018 is fully committed to pursue this effort. Accordingly, propositions of candidates from Central and Southeastern Asia, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America are strongly encouraged.

The EC will take into account this objective when deciding the final list of candidates. Specifically, the number of candidates from a single country could be limited.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW MEMBERS SHOULD PROPOSE CANDIDATES

3. the form below, signed by the nominated person in which he/she accepts his/her possible nomination and accordingly “undertakes to comply in all respects with the Statutes and Rules of the Academy” (Article VII, paragraph 3e of the Statutes).

INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS WILL BE DECLARED INADMISSIBLE.
